Join us for this in-person Reiki 1 training offered by Danielle Mai and Cybele Lerman, Reiki Masters. Empower yourself to overcome emotional and physical challenges and create the future of your dreams. Reiki can help you release old patterns you’ve outgrown, bring your energy back into balance, and begin to understand your true nature. As you let go of what doesn’t serve you, your vibration increases allowing you to manifest beyond your dreams. Once you open up to this energy and learn how to work with it, you’ll have the capability to see your life in a new light and let your life flow. Reiki is more than physical healing. It’s a gentle, but powerful modality that deepens your spirituality and empowers you to take care of yourself. In this Reiki 1 training, you’ll receive a strong foundation that includes: Traditional Japanese techniques (Usui Reiki Ryoho) and philosophies created by Mikao Usui and his MastersWestern concepts (Usui Shiki Ryoho) passed down from Hawayo Takata and her MastersAn in-depth, accurate historical account of ReikiThe science of energy and how Reiki worksJapanese and Western energy systemsReiki principles to help you find more balance and peace4 attunements to help release energy and become a clear channel for ReikiTechniques and meditation to help you connect to ReikiTechniques for self-treatments and practicing on othersGrounding and protecting your energy systemsAdditional uses such as Reiki for plants, animals, childrenPrinted manualPrinted certificate of completion This class will take place in a private, peaceful space near downtown Walnut Creek. We'll have a 1-hour lunch break in between the morning and afternoon sessions, as well as small breaks throughout the day. There are plenty of restaurants and places to eat within walking distance, or a quick drive. Coffee, tea, water and light snacks will be provided. Registration is $222.
