Hey friends, As many of you know, James was recently hit hard with Tropical Storm Fred and lost just about everything he had left in his basement. His transmission went out on his vehicle and he has been in the hospital since Wednesday, recovering from his 5th spine surgery over the past year. James is a dear friend and is too proud to ask any one for help. The cost of repairs/maintenance for his yard is set to be well above 15k. I am simply trying to help in any way possible.
