DAKOTA COUNTY, MN — A person in their 20s died of COVID-19 in Minnesota, according to the Minnesota Department of Health. The Department of Health said it could not release the identity of the victim or any other information. The Star Tribune reported that 87 percent of the COVID-19 deaths in Minnesota that were reported by the DOH on Thursday were seniors.
