Press release from the City Of Davis: September 17, 2021 11:00 am The City of Davis announced today that with the current state of the COVID-19 pandemic and the requirements needed to keep the community safe, it has decided to cancel the annual holiday production of the Davis Children's Nutcracker for 2021.   "Keeping citizens safe and healthy, including participants and staff, is the City's highest priority," said City Manager Mike Webb. To honor the spirit of this very special Davis tradition, the Parks and Community Services Department will host a variety of virtual and non-contact events during the month of December that will focus on the Spirit of the Davis Children's Nutcracker.
