10x10 room ceiling drywall replacement and paint

Looking for someone with experience to replace drywall in a 10x10 room to give me a set price, not someone to come look at it first. Job details are below along with attached pictures. I can pay for the materials or you can give me a price with materials included. I will need someone with a big enough vehicle to transport drywall to the jobsite. 2 Days max worth of work. If you can't finish in 2 days don't respond. Its a very small room and its just the ceiling. Not looking for the cheapest guy in town but also not the most expensive guy either. More work to follow at different properties depending on how well you do. Job duties: Bag insulation in attic above the room. (Attic access is right outside in the hallway) Disconnect ceiling fan. Mask the walls and remove 2 layers of drywall ceiling and dispose. Install drywall with screws. Tape mud and sand. Paint ceiling. Reattached fan and light fixture.
