I am in the final process of purchasing a foreclosed home and need help fixing it up. I am extremely handy and know how to fix most things myself. I don't have the time to do all the work myself and need it completed ASAP. Here is a list of items that need repair: Roof Drywall Electrical Flooring Windows HVAC Paint Toilet Vanity Property is located at the corner of Louisiana and Gibson. There is currently no access to the property. I can pay cash on a daily basis. Work will begin after September 28th or later.
