Description
I was a healthcare worker allowed to enter hospitals and nursing homes. I always did all of the required shots and tests as a condition of my being granted privileges.
Two things:
The hospital did this not only to protect patients but to prevent a lawsuit from a patient or patient's family if a patient contracted an illness in the hospital. (told to me by a hosp. admin. staff.)
And I was told if I refused all of the mandated vaccines and inoculations I could still do my job in the hospital But I would required to wear a mask.
Both of these tidbits were imparted to me 10 years ago.
