I'm on an ongoing search for an apartment... no rush but searching. Looking for an apartment with rent no higher than 650- 750 (possibly heat or some utilities included)... in Glens Falls/Queensbury... also... • Pet friendly is a must. I have 2 ESA cats and another cat • Preference for 1st floor apartment, also looking for more of an apartment complex than converted home (less chance of being older, run down and having bugs which I don't want any of, very clean person) • Also open to a "small cottage/home" for one person (tiny home, no other residences, even a converted barn, garage, etc) • One bedroom is a must (NOT studio), need room to do art and have a little office area in the home/apartment • An in unit washer/dryer • Outdoor space/balcony/porch I have guaranteed income. I am quiet, keep to myself, respectful and I keep a very clean place. I know the chances of finding a place like this would be a miracle but I am on an ongoing search and if someone comes upon this and has something like it I'd love an email for the opportunity for more of a "dream apartment"...
