Description
It is NOT just "lead vocalists". One or two or twelve of every type of musician, has the same problem. They don't want to put in the time, they want money, not seeming to understand the music business nor economics in general. (But that is Americas main problem). And just as driving to a day job they refuse to drive "too far" to a band rehearsal. I don't think it is ego as much as it is laziness and or an instant rewards mentality, such as when all the kids get a trophy just for showing up.
