I'm an engineer new to the Westside/Southbay 310 area, and I would like to rent a room in a home, preferably with a private bathroom, and ideally with a nice working Piano in the home. Hopefully utilities are included. I will be working in the El Segundo area, so closer to that city would be better. I would need to move in sometime between October 25th to November the 1st.
