The sweetest homeless cat ever!!

I recently moved back to Sacramento, this cat I thought was just a roaming cat for several months but in speaking to my neighbors it was dumped there and nobody will feed it I have been feeding it the last couple of weeks. However I am not allowed to have animals in my landlords lives across the street and it’s becoming an issue. She fights with all the neighborhood cats and I think she has a little bit of a warming problem as a parent by the lack of fur on her backside. I have been feeding her for two weeks I’ve also given her a flea treatment and got some deworming from the vet. She just needs a good home she’s the sweetest cat ever can anybody help?
