Found a pigeon in Santa Clara

I was walking my dog last night and I found a banded pigeon sitting in the gutter of the street in Santa Clara near Bowers park I appears to have all of it's flight feathers but it does not fly. I could not leave it there to be cat food so I took it home. I need to find the owner as I do not have facilities for a bird. If you are missing your pigeon let me know.
