Description
Our recent rescue Basil gave birth to a healthy litter of 12-13 babies. Unsure of genders at the moment as we're avoiding handling the babies until their eyes open- Basil is very stressed about her new litter.
Unknown father since she came from a breeding mill for snake food, but based on their skin pigment so far they will most likely look like their mother Basil, pictured.
They will be ready for their new homes on October 4. I'll be requiring them to go as pairs unless you already have other rats, as they're very social animals and can get depressed without a companion!
Rehoming fee of $5 each (or $8 for a pair) to ensure that they're going to a good home and not going to be snake food.
Please go ahead and email us if you're interested in taking one or more babies home with you, so we can remember you! We'll email you back immediately, and email you again once their eyes open so we can tell you their exact fur colors, patterns, and genders.
We are willing to meet in Staunton, Waynesboro, Harrisonburg, and anywhere else that might be close by. Just let us know! Thanks
