Any Rehearsal Space in Trumbull/Monroe Area?

I know there are plenty of rehearsal spaces in New Haven. We're looking for a space equidistant between New Haven and Danbury if possible. So... Trumbull, Monroe, Easton areas? Around there? Maybe even Shelton, although that's a bit too far northeast. But not out of the question. Space needs to meet the following criteria: -Secure -Dry -Did I mention Secure? Anyone know of any band-friendly spaces/landlords in that area? Not looking to share. We are responsible adults, not wild kiddos. Can sign lease, do background checks, etc if necessary.
