STATE FAIR OF TEXAS WANTS YOU!!! FULL TIME SHIFTS AND UNLIMITED WEEKEND SHIFTS AVAILABLE TRADE SHOW MANAGEMENT is hiring for the STATE FAIR located at Fair Park The State Fair of Texas the largest Fair in the world opens on September 24th - October 17th. Our company has partnered with 4 different companies to staff their booths. We only work in the home improvement industry so you can pick the product you want to work if you get in early enough. The clock is ticking. We have 4 Home Improvement booths inside an air conditioned building at the Fair. The companies we work with are all great reputable companies you can feel proud to be a part of. You are the face of the company so having a professional appearance and attitude is required. You will be standing for the duration of your shift. All of our booth have a fridge and provide water. You need to be at least 24 with an amazing work ethic. Senior Citizens are encouraged to apply. Your job is Speaking with people about Home Improvement products or services, booking appointments for free in home estimates. You must have transportation or be able to ride the train. Having the ability to stand for long hours is a must. You should be comfortable being the first to speak. No sales is required but having experience is a great attribute. You should know how to carry on a conversation with an older generation Punctually is vital Reliability is required Reliable transportation is required but that can be the train.
