My mom has covid and can no longer Care for her dog

My mother is fighting for her life with Covid and is in the hospital. She can no longer care for her dog (a 14 year old miniature dauchsand). Jazzy is reddish brown. We would love a new home for Jazzy- we have a crate and some food and will help coordinate a drop off or meeting place. Our family is consumed with caring for my mom and helping her fight. We just cannot care for the dog right now.
