Organizing and packing boxes, some cleaning

I need help right away for about a month organizing, packing boxes and some cleaning so I can move out of my home. Client must be honest, punctual, able to follow directions, expedient, and with no criminal record. Full time preferred or at least 5 hrs. per day. References appreciated.
