Laborer/Pool Technician

Position available at a busy pool and spa company with retail sales, supplies, service, maintenance and construction. We work for over a dozen local hotels, and 50 homeowners. Your job would include a range of tasks and a lot of learning. Plumbing and Construction: -Plumbing activities include: plumbing in new equipment such as filters, pumps, heaters, Troubleshooting equipment listed and controllers. -Construction activities may include: Concrete demo and repours for skimmers, tile work. -We need a pool technician for a service route for a minimum of 2 days/week but prefer to offer full time. Service Route Job activities: -Residential Services Include: cleaning tile, brushing walls, raking and vacuuming leaves, vacuuming pool, filter backwash, lighting heater, cleaning deck, emptying cleaner bags, emptying skimmer baskets, testing water chemistry, and balancing water. -Hotel/Commercial Services Include: testing water chemistry, balancing water, consulting operator, chem feeder maintenance (every 6 months + parts), chem delivery, and recommendations for systems. -We provide residential and commercial maintenance for pool/spa equipment and systems. -We are seeking a skilled technician/tradesman to assist with all aspects of pool construction and service. -Overtime and weekend work available. -Using an app to update office and report work doneSales: -Selling CalSpas hot tubs (Commission on any spa sold) -Manning retail floor only when necessary Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
