Starting a band

My friend is moving down here next week and we want to start a band ASAP. He plays bass and sings and I play guitar. We're from Washington so grunge runs in our veins, but we both have pretty diverse music taste. Hoping to make something dreamy and psychedelic. Maybe a little on the heavier side here and there. We're both in our early 20s and used to be in a band together, but neither of us have properly jammed in awhile so we might be a bit rusty. We're looking for a drummer to get us started and hopefully a second guitarist. We aren't picky on age or skill level, we just need people we can really click with.
