We’re a small but fast-growing real estate staging + interior design company who is looking for a Moving + Warehouse Manager! This is an awesome part-time opportunity for someone who wants to be a vital part of a design-led business while also having enough time to pursue other passions on the side. We’re looking for someone who will work hard and grow with our company. We want to cultivate creativity and leadership and reward hard work; the future of this role could expand to implementing interior projects (such as interior painting, changing out light fixtures, etc.), building furniture, creating art, and/or managing our entire warehouse and install team on a full-time basis -- lots of possibilities! DETAILS - Load furniture at warehouse and unload at home installs - Assemble furniture and assist hanging art - Lead moving team with positivity and a sense of humor - Create weekly moving staff schedule - Develop an understanding of how we install our designs to create a streamlined moving process - Manage our warehouse and gain a full knowledge of our furniture inventory (where things are located, what is available, etc.) REQUIREMENTS - Open availability Mon-Wed - Your own reliable vehicle - Entrepreneurial spirit with a positive attitude - Leadership and/or moving experience a plus - Experience with interior painting, changing out light fixtures and other “handyman” duties a plus COMPENSATION - $25-28/hr (DOE) - Complimentary lunch, snacks, and beverages - Moving equipment + tools provided HOURS - 5-15/week during the slower season (Oct - Mar) - 20+/week busy season (April - Sep) To apply, please send your resume and a short message about why you'd be a good fit.
