Hi. My family and I just took in a red ear slider turtle and I have mostly everything for him but a filter. The tank is so dirty and smelly after only 24 hours of having him in the tank. I would appreciate any help. I know it's a long shot but I do not have any money to my name so if anyone has anything at all for turtles and willing to help, that would be awesome :) my cell is
