Remove bolts and fasten down bed with concrete anchor sleeves

I am looking for someone to bolt down a spa bed into the floor. The spa bed frame already has holes in it. The bed is fully assembled already and the holes are predrilled through the metal frame. Two concrete sleeve anchor need to be used to drill down and fasten the bed down with a washer and nut. See image of one of the existing beds with two sleeve anchors fastening the bed to the ground. Total Supplies: Hammer Drill w/ bit 2 concrete sleeve anchors 1/2x6 or 1/2x7 2 washers and nuts (usually comes with the sleeve anchor) 1. This part of the job is fairly straight forward and quick job. I just dont have a hammer drill myself. 2. The second part of the job is a bit more difficult. There are two concrete anchor bolts in the floor in another room from a bed which was moved out. The bolts need to be removed from the floor. You will need the necessary tools to remove a concrete anchor sleeve. 3. Need to change out a lightbulb, not the fixture, just the bulb. If interested, please text me. Requirement: - We are a medical spa and will be open while this work is being done.
