Industrial Forklift Technician/Forklift Mechanic - Philadelphia (Morrisville, PA) A&A Machinery Moving, Inc. (an MEI Rigging & Crating company) is seeking committed entry-level and moderately experienced candidates to join our team of industrial skilled trade professionals. We provide the training and the opportunity; you provide the desire, commitment, reliability and work ethic. Master industrial lift truck technician, prefer Hyster experience. Will also maintain construction equipment such as aerial work platforms, scissors lifts, tele-handlers and other specialized equipment used in heavy industrial rigging and machinery moving. Details include: *Shop-based position in newer facility that's clean, bright, organized, well-equipped and includes maintenance lift. *Quality fleet of well-maintained, solid equipment *Excellent compensation and benefits package with ample overtime opportunities *Will provide CDL licensing/training if qualified/interested What we're looking for: *Experienced industrial forklift technician with minimum 5 years directly relevant experience with propane, diesel and DC electric forklifts. *Ability to perform preventative maintenance up to complete unit refurbishment on all fleet equipment. *Hyster experience strongly preferred *Strong mechanical, hydraulic, electrical knowledge a must *Ability to read and understand hydraulic and electrical schematics *Experience with Genie Boom and Scissor lifts a strong plus *CDL-A license is a plus; or we can help the right candidate get one Duties and responsibilities: *Identify, prioritize and perform maintenance & repairs on all company fleet material handling, AWP boom & Scissor lifts *Visually and audibly inspect for defects in equipment. Accurately diagnose malfunctions. Dismantle defective component, repair/replace as necessary *Adjust, lubricate, clean relevant systems on equipment according to company and manufacturer specifications *Manage all parts and labor costs through work order system *Manage and maintain maintenance parts inventory, Order as required *Perform Annual inspections per Manufacturer guidelines *This position performs in a multi-craft environment and incumbents must be able to work across multi-craft positions to support team and operational needs *Other duties as required Benefits Include: Competitive compensation; Healthcare, Dental, Vision, Short & Long term Disability, 2 weeks Vacation to start, Holidays, Personal Days, Uniforms, Tool Allowance, Safety Incentives, Work Boot & Safety Eyeglass Reimbursement, 401k with company match, Profit Sharing, etc. Please apply:
