Description
A successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in plumbing work, electrical repairs, and general maintenance. You will be responding to residents maintenance needs, preparing vacant apartments for new tenants, and supervising contractors on the property. Knowledge of plumbing, electric and basic carpentry is important. Experience with snow removal and grounds keeping is a must.

• On-call 24/7
• Electrical experience
• Plumbing experience
• Must own all necessary tools
• Ability to successfully snake and clear a drain.
• Maintain a boiler.
• Min 1 years management of Handyman/Superintendent
• Positive CAN-DO attitude a MUST
• Free apartment
• Access to laundry room
