Work available for Skilled Maintenance contractors, properties are located in St. Clair County, IL (Belleville, Cahokia area) Time Commitment Options: A. Full time work (40 hrs weekly), we can schedule the jobs for you or you can schedule direct with resident. B. Part-time based on your availability (perfect for someone that already has work commitments but wants to add an additional source of work) You accept and schedule jobs based on your schedule. Responsibilities Include: > Completing maintenance tasks on Make Ready and Turn overs on Vacant Units > Completing maintenance on resident occupied properties > Communicate with Office Personnel regarding maintenance tasks > Schedule appointments with residents for maintenance (our system makes this very easy) > Ability to work without supervision Skills Required: > Plumbing - Diagnose & repair leaks, replace faucets (sink, tub, kitchen), replace water heaters, and other misc. plumbing repairs > Electric - Diagnose & repair minor electrical problems, replace faulty outlets/switches, replace light fixtures and other misc. electrical repairs > HVAC skills and abilities preferred but not required. May have to pickup and install ac units or heaters as needed. > General maintenance - Repair doors, windows, roof leaks, decks, drywall patches, locks and other general property repairs. > Quality workmanship & standards - completing tasks in a professional and quality manner > Ability to utilize smart phones (jobs will be dispatched to your phone) Other Requirements: > Clean background record > Must pass drug test > Valid drivers license > Reliable work vehicle (must be able to haul materials required for job) > Tools of the trade Compensation & Payments: > Hourly pay based on your experience and skills > Bi-weekly pay for full-time and weekly for part-time Respond to email or text us with the following: > Time Commitment Option of interest: A or B > Hourly Rate Requested > Copy of resume to list your work experience if you have one
