Male, in serious need of rehabilitation with someone who has time to spend with him. He has plucking problem which change in environment, toys, diet changes, mineral supplements, etc., did not help, and his chest is bare. He was once a sweet, playful, fully feathered, happy bird, but many years of being ignored and neglected has changed that...he requires someone who is knowledgeable with large parrots, who can bring him back to his former self. This is adoption and adoption only. I don't want to inhibit him from finding the perfect forever home because someone has all the time to give, but not all the money to spend. He needs a real companion that will spend a lot of time with him. If you also need a real companion to spend a lot of time with, it may be a good match. Resellers need not bother. First, I can tell you are a reseller. It really is obvious to someone who knows birds and bird people. Second, you cannot resell him...no one is going to buy a bird who has a plucked chest. They don't look good plucked.
