I am starting pay at $15 an hour. If you prove to me by the end of the day that you are actually competent and can lay tile very well, I will increase pay to $30 an hour. I've had way too many posers claiming that they know how to tile. Any posers will be cut into small bits and buried in the back yard with the other posers. Cash at end of day.
