Due to unforseen circumstances I have to get rid of our beloved family cat. He's very good with kids. He isn't fixed but doesn't spray or anything. He's pretty chill all around. Litter box trained. He used to be an indoor/outdoor cat but my neighbors have complained that he likes to mess with their cats through their window so he's been an inside cat since. Flea treated, etc. My landlord won't allow me to have more than one pet and we've had my dog for over 5 years now. You can have the litter box, the brand new thing of litter I just bought, the scooper, and his bowls, etc.
