Free Jack Russell terrier to good home

We got her from an online dog ad almost 4 years ago we were lied to she is not an indoor dog at all she likes to be outside unfortunately that has led to some problems she will get out for months on end and end up very emaciated, I have tried everything to fix the potty training problem that the previous owners did not want she is not potty trained at all she has problems with being alone and will rip up walls crates bend metal crates eat random stuff she may also have some PTSD and mental problems from her other home she was given to an eight-year-old we are not sure on what the eight-year-old has done but you cannot raise your hand at this dog you cannot yell at this dog she is food aggressive we have tried to fix that and it does not work she does not do well with other pets she needs to be an only dog, other than the problems and possible issue with obtaining health records from previous owners including shots etc. she does not have any from what we can get she may have heart worms we’re not sure she is not retaining weight she will not eat she will not drink, other than those problems she is the most sweetest loving dog in the world this dog will love you more than anything she loves cuddles in ear scratches she is terrified of toys she loves to be outside running around she loves baths she loves food including carrots and broccoli and pumpkin she loves to sit down and chill with you and watch TV,Before the obvious signs of trauma she was being trained as a service dog so if you have any problems she will pick them up immediately she does great with autistic children that’s what she wants for me other than that she is the most sweetest dog in the world her name is waffle she is four years old and it breaks my heart that I have to get rid of her I understand that I can’t do it anymore and even though I have tried everything it’s time for me to try and see if someone else can help her because I can’t
