We are now hiring experienced Make Ready techs for our properties located throught DFW, TX. We require make ready and handyman experience of at least 5 years and a CAN-DO attitude. This is a growing company with an opportunity to advance. Duties include but are not limited to Painting, Sheetrock repair, texture, working on minor plumbing electrical, fence repairs, wood and vinyl flooring, installing doors, windows, rehabs. This position is responsible for preparing homes and apartments for leasing and/or sale. The Make Ready tech will be responsible for repairs for all aspects of the homes and is responsible for bringing units up to market rent/sale condition. This individual will ensure all vacant properties are ready prior to move-in by completing a company provided Checklist of needed services and repairs. Must Complete all services and repairs correctly and on schedule. Duties also include performing routine maintenance tasks, minor maintenance requests, etc. Some properties are tenant occupied so must have clean record and neat appearance. Reliable transportation and tools are required. Prefer someone with a truck, and ability and willingness to travel to different job sites. Background and drug testing may be required.
