Farm - Stable - Ranch Hand wanted for horse ranch

I am hiring two people, I need a ranch hand everyday. Can be one full time, one part time or a four day/three day share. I am flexible. Can add hours for landscaping work. Weekends will be split. My "main man's" PG&E money came in and he is leaving the state later this month, part time guy decided ranch hand work was not for him. This job requires someone who is strong and fit and can work steady for eight hours or more. Must be reliable - references will help. We are as mechanized as a horse ranch can be, no push carts. Stalls are cleaned into vehicles with hydraulic dumps. Have a low bed electric industrial car for feeding, so no big lifts for hay bales. Duties: feeding, cleaning &sweeping; bedding stalls; caring for misc. livestock (chickens and sheep). Would like to hire two people who enjoy being around horses and care about their welfare. This is not a cash job, straight payroll with Workers Comp insurance.
