14 year old female BORDER COLLIE named Boots. Black w/little white on paws and chest. No teeth. Can’t hear. Missing since Thursday afternoon 9/16. WAS east of 78th, north of Hickman on Ashwood. Please help w/ANY info of seeing her so we can track her down.
