Essential Functions: Performs construction tasks including, but not limited to: Drywall: Up to level 3 finish. Framing: Basic framing techniques, and knowledge able of framing of terminology. Flooring: Flooring repairs, base cove installation, and assists in larger flooring installations. Painting: Paint with attention to detail with little to no rework. Maintains an organized and stocked tool cart/bag. Requests for and/or replenishes materials and supplies as necessary. Maintains a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and wears protective equipment as required. Tracks assigned construction projects/tasks and ensures completion in a timely manner while adhering to operational standards. Communicates progress to project manager and/or supervisor. Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at the direction of management. Minimum Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability necessary to successfully perform the essential functions of the position. Education and Experience: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education level. Minimum two (2) years of construction or related experience.
