i applied for ui almost 20 months ago and know that my pua claim is valid. i struggle with comprehension skills. i have failed miserably at getting my acct funds paid to me and dont understand how to navigate the questions to get my funds released. i am running out of time and have a sense of urgency. please help im frustrated. thanks
