Actual experience is a must, so please provide references, as well as any prior hands on experience you have had. You dont need to know everything about plumbing, but at least the basics. So if you are not experienced in the field, please do not apply. This will be a commission based position, temporarily, until you can show that you are a go-getter and a hard worker. Our commission rate, is extremely competitive, which will make you want to secure more plumbing jobs for the company and yourself, which would benefit you, obviously by increasing your pay.
