Currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for the care, maintenance, and repairs for all units in complex. The right fit will be someone looking for a challenge, who is a self-motivator, detail-oriented, with outstanding customer service and time management skills. Responsibilities * Performs all preventative maintenance needs for each home/property * Handles the day-to-day general maintenance repairs in occupied homes * Maintains equipment * Tracks and orders all needed supplies * Works directly with management and vendors to facilitate all maintenance needs * Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications * Ability to operate maintenance equipment and tools * Ability to read and execute memos, service requests, and directives from supervisor and/or management * Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with interruptions * Ability to use a “smart” phone, computer, specialized software for service request and report responsibilities * Must have a reliable vehicle, valid ID, proof of insurance * Must provide own tools * Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills * Clean criminal background * Must be able to pass a drug screen * Equal Opportunity Employer
