Two opportunities are available! Related Management is looking for an apartment Maintenance Technician for 2 separate affordable communities located in East Orange and Roselle. If you have experience in general maintenance; basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair, we've got an opportunity for you! Participation in emergency on-call rotation is required. $16.50 / hr. + bonus potential and excellent benefits package, including PTO and paid holidays.
