Real Thread is currently seeking a Seasonal Fulfillment Specialist to join our Team. This season will run from now through the end of this year. Full-time hours. This role is primarily responsible for the hands-on work of fulfilling eCommerce orders by assembling and packing items into proper packaging. Additionally, this role will assist in facilitating high volume packing and shipping projects by training and overseeing other seasonal fulfillment team members. Your Responsibilities: Prep fulfillment materials for daily shipping needs Pick, pack, and ship individual distribution orders Assist with processing returns Maintain an extremely high level of thoroughness and accuracy Communicate with fulfillment team members, including Fulfillment Supervisor, to ensure project deadlines and fulfillment quotas are met Train team members on best practices to optimize fulfillment output. What We Need From You (Our Requirements): Understands the importance of Quality Control and Efficiency Loves to operate within a process and routine Knows how to put the customer’s needs first Experience in pick, pack, and ship, distribution, or similar operations Ability to hit quotas during high volume periods Strong communication skills Comfortable training and assisting other team members
