Description

We are a family owned Hvac and Electrical company in Odessa looking to hire an experienced Hvac Service/Sales tech. We will provide a company vehicle, uniform and gas card. You will need to be capable of self-managing while running service calls, make basic repairs like capacitors, drain lines, wire repair etc., and be able to write up replacement/repair options on your phone via dispatch apps. We offer different pay structures based on what type of position/job/skill is suitable individually. Example: Salary plus commission, 14% on Hvac systems up to 20% on parts.
