Maintenance Person Wanted: Immediate opening for a full-time maintenance person for large townhouse complex located in the Temple Valley area of Kaneohe. Position requires a valid driver’s license and driver’s abstract. Able to lift 75 lbs. Flexible shift and must be available to work weekends and holidays. Covers removal of refuse duties, pool maintenance, and some janitorial work. Ability to use standard power tools, carpentry repairs including siding repairs/replacement, building repairs, gate and fence repairs. Power washing the common area. May include some minor tree removal and removal of the debris. Assist with clearing of drainage canals. Must possess an excellent attitude and must be able to work independently when required.
