Night Supervisor, working, Training...(Salem, MA) Monday – Friday 4:30pm to 9pm Saturday & Sunday optional DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in janitorial services. • Assigns janitorial work to employees, following material and work requirements. • Recommends personnel actions, such as hires and discharges, to ensure proper staffing. • Trains workers in janitorial methods and procedures and proper operation of equipment. • Issues janitorial supplies and equipment to workers to ensure quality and timely delivery of services • Manage and oversee a team of cleaners at various onsite client locations • Evaluate, coordinate, and assign cleaning tasks to team members based on need and skill level. • Inspect all work performed to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations • Act as primary onsite point-of-contact for cleaning team for any questions, concerns, or disputes they may have • Promptly respond to any customer inquiries and take action as soon as possible • Ensure proper inventory of supplies and equipment • Participate in recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees • Ensure efficiency of work team and make adjustments as necessary • Able to perform duties as cleaners until a trained replacement is hired QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Experience – Supervising, training new cleaners, Strip + wax, Carpet extract Portuguese a plus REPLY TO THIS EMAIL and include your CITY, PHONE NUMBER & work experience/resume.
