Blue Roof Crews Needed Before adjusters come out, before shingles can be ordered/acquired, come work with us to install government provided and assisted blue tarps. Not a problem we provide hands on training to set you up for success. *Seeking experienced 3 to 4 man crews to deploy government provided blue tarps on homes affected by Hurricane Ida in the areas spanning from Grand Isle to the New Orleans area(s). Crews are made up of at least 3-4 members; one of which will be the crew leader. **Roofing Crews Preferred** General Requirements: - Truck or Vehicle capable of carrying ladders, materials, tools, and other important equipment. SUV's only acceptable if you are pulling a trailer. **YOU MUST HAVE THE ABOVE TOOLS** - Crew Leader with smart phone capable of taking pictures, uploading pictures, filling out important documents, communicating with staff and other important personnel, and most importantly motivating and leading their crew. - Basic hand tools such as hammers, tool bags, loppers, etc. (full list available on website) Pay: - Weekly pay based off of production (square footage of blue tarp applied). This is an amazing opportunity to make great money in a short period of time, those who work efficiently and diligently will make the most. Lodging is not provided at this time.
