N&W Grain is looking for three people interested in learning the business of rail transfer/warehousing operations. Candidates need to be punctual and ready to learn Able to repeatedly lift 50 to 75 pounds several times per day Able to take and understand instructions Can work safely around equipment and machinery Willing to learn to operate a skid steer, frontend loaders, tractors, and moving truck and semi-trailer systems Willing to learn agricultural commodities scaling for in and outbound loads Able to work with others and disciplined enough to work with less supervision The workweek is Monday to Friday with some Saturdays Start and end times can and will change, but you will be notified of those changes There is an opportunity to move upwards and learn additional tasks and duties and to gain more responsibility Give me a call and let's see what we can do.
