Over the past 20 years, Israel has trained and coached thousands of real estate professionals. A community leader and homeownership advocate, Israel has instructed continuing education courses on diversity, career development, and homeownership. Israel is the co-founder and owner of Refocus University, a real estate training firm, focused on career development and diversity. A licensed real estate broker in Minnesota and Texas, Israel also serves as a managing partner of The Signature Group at Keller Williams Realty Integrity Lakes in Minneapolis. In 2020, Israel received the Exceptional Service Award conveyed by the Minneapolis Area Realtors. For Jose Bonilla, real estate is in his blood. His father worked in real estate for years doing rentals and flipping homes, and after a childhood of absorbing information about the industry, Jose decided to get his license and became an agent in January 2010. “I got started right about when everyone else was getting out," Jose says with a laugh. In hindsight, it was a decision that worked to his favor. Ten years and hundreds of transactions later, Jose is now the owner and lead broker of the Elevate Ave Group with Keller Williams Realty Downtown LLC, a full-service real estate brokerage where he heads a six person team with the help of his wife, Renee Bonilla. Based out of their office in downtown Denver, Colorado, José and his team run a thriving book of business across the entire Denver Metro area and have enjoyed explosive growth over the past several years. In 2019 they closed on 60 homes, 101 homes in 2020, and are on track to hit their goal of 144 in 2021 Liliana Pickens is a mom of three young men and has been married for 21 years. For 20 years she worked in the distribution industry. She joined KW four years ago as a buyer's agent on a team. In March 2020 she became the TL at KW Legacy in Kissimmee, Fl. Liliana has a degree in Comparative Literature from the University of Puerto Rico. She is an avid reader and loves listening to podcasts on personal growth, business and leadership. She co-hosts a podcast in Spanish, with a friend, called Brincando el Charco, aimed at the Puerto Rican diaspora. Her mission statement is to lead and empower others through kindness and intentional knowledge to help them realize their full potential.
