Learn how to use art as a healthy coping skill!
I’ve had days when it feels hard to express my emotions, and I don’t know how to let them out. When I don’t know how to let it out, it shows as anger or an “attitude.” In this class, we will be teaching one positive way to let your emotions flow through art. Art does not need to be perfect. This class is all about putting your feelings to the canvas, not making a masterpiece.
Everyone who takes the class will receive one canvas and a set of paints with a paintbrush. This class is important to What’s Wellness due to this being a healthy way to release your emotions. This class should help you learn to express your emotions in a healthy way.
