Free Outdoor Fitness Classes at Whole Sol Sloan's Lake the 1st Saturday of Every Month!
Hi Solmates! We are SO excited for our next opportunity to move, sweat and share in community with you!
Join us for our August SOL SATURDAY!!!
The 1st Saturday of each month June-October, we will be partnering with the best local fitness studios to bring you 3 FREE outdoor fitness classes outside of our Sloan's Lake store. Classes will be at 9am, 10am & 11am and we will have 20 spots per class.
This month we will have Orangetheory Fitness teaching class at 9am and 10am and Rowhouse will be teaching one of their signature rowing and resistance training classes at 11am!
Classes will be appropriate for a wide range of abilities and will focus on helping you live your Whole Sol!
Please bring lots of water, sunscreen, a yoga mat & a towel!
Please arrive early and check in when you arrive for class.
Spots are limited for the Rowhouse class. Please cancel if you are no longer able to attend.
Class Descriptions:
Orangetheory Fitness: During their heart-rate based HIIT workout, your coach will guide you through our 5 different heart rate zones: resting, easy, challenging, uncomfortable and All Out, telling you when to push harder and when to pull back for recovery. The goal is to spend 12 minutes or more with your heart rate elevated in “The Orange Zone” to boost your metabolism, burn fat and burn more calories.
Rowhouse: Build aerobic endurance and muscular strength all in one workout. With a challenging combination of classes that incorporate resistance training, rowing and stretching, you will get the most out of a Row House workout.
