Description
Essential Duties • Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times. • Maintain professional appearance by following the uniforms standards policy (shirt tucked in, hat straight, pants at waist, clean presentable garments). • Educate customers about pricing and services prior to giving an estimate. • Provide an accurate estimate and explain next steps/procedures for junk removal. • Price jobs accurately while meeting or surpassing competition written quotes. Contact supervisor when in doubt or have a question. • Provide information on Professional Organization services in a non-judgmental informational manner. • Ensure safety of the customers home and safety of the team(s) while performing junk removal services. • Always operate the vehicle(s) with a safety focus. • Ensure all daily truck inspections are performed and maintain the trucks in a clean professional appearance. • Be able to make independent logistical decisions on when to dispose, what to donate or recycle, how to best complete a job, how to package items and load a truck). • Complete Daily Checklists. • Interact with Customer Service Rep(s) to coordinate, trouble shoot and provide exceptional customer service. • Close sales and increase potential leads through a variety of activities. • Ensure focus on Key Performance Indictors (Ex: Within window arrival, sales and capacity) • Prevent careless and costly mistakes, including damage, injury, unhappy clients, lost equipment, etc. • Check in regularly throughout the day with direct supervisor for additional assignments and troubleshooting guidance • Drive company vehicles and/or navigate to customers’ homes for service appointments in a timely and safe manner. Related Skills & Abilities • Strong mastery of customer services skills • Comfort with using internal and external systems • Ability to interact with all customers, associates and others in a respectful and appropriate manner. • Reliable and dependable mind set • Demonstrated track record of professional success in previous roles • Comfort with meeting and/or exceeding company’s KPI’s • Strong decision-making skills with a focus on honesty and integrity Requirements • Be 18 years of age or older • Have a valid driver’s license • Push, pull, lift 80+ lbs for an extended period of time • Be able to use systems (GSP, Email, Text, Operational Systems). • Be able to pass a drug and background check
