Marketing agency for a healthcare cooperative seeks freelance (gig worker) canvassers to PRINT AND DISTRIBUTE information campaign materials. Work process is as follows, and does not require any contact or non-email communication with marketing agency or any personnel: 1.Any work done or effort undertaken toward this paid freelance, non-contractual hiring is independent agency or compensated volunteering, and the freelance worker assumes all risks and responsibilities associated with their related conduct. 2. Interested parties are required to send an email replying to this advert via the link provided, describing their location and planned region and schedule for canvassing. 3. If suitable to the marketing agency's requirements, you will be provided with a link to an online folder for the appropriate print materials. 4. You will need to obtain quality paper materials and access to printing equipment. Materials should be printed on bright colored letter stock, single-sided, in black ink, fine resolution, and with minimal margins. If uncertain about print quality, email a photo of a printed sample for approval. 5. Send a follow-up email announcing the actual start of your canvassing. A minimum of 400, and a maximum of 1,000 leaflets is recommended per day. Canvassing outside of daylight hours, or in rain or severe weather, is STRONGLY DISCOURAGED. You are further encouraged to NOT walk in roadways, and to wear bright colored clothing and/or reflective vest to ensure proper visibility and recognition by the public. 6. Your canvassing start announcement should also include a way to receive payment electronically -- such as by Venmo, Paypal, Cash App, WeChat/WePay, Facebook Messenger, Zelle, Square Cash, or other service. 6. Based on website traffic generated by your canvassing, the agency will be able to confirm an approximate distribution quantity and area. 7. An effective distribution of at least 500 leaflets per day will be compensated with up to $200 per day. Minimum payment is $100/day. Larger distributions generating greater web traffic results will be compensated accordingly. 8. Online social sharing of canvassing materials or marketing links is allowed and encouraged as well, but may be more difficult to compensate using the methods above, unless such online sharing is done in large "batches" and is announced by email shortly BEFORE being done. The main purpose of this marketing tactic is to reach audiences at a personal level for more direct and effective outreach. Please be friendly, considerate, and CAREFUL when interacting with strangers or while on or near other people's property. PLEASE DO NOT CANVAS IN AREAS THAT ARE SPARSELY POPULATED OR WHERE IT WOULD OTHERWISE SEEM SUSPICIOUS TO BE SEEN WALKING ALONE. Dense urban and suburban residential areas are the most logical and effective approach for this type of marketing outreach. Team canvassing is allowed, however each team member must be an independent able-bodied adult, and FULLY INFORMED and aware of all risks, responsibilities, and requirements associated with this marketing effort and employment relationship.
