This shelter will hold 140 beds for men, there is no curfew. This is a 30 day turnaround. There are two playgrounds a day care and two schools within blocks of this place. There are factory blocks in the area, they will loiter & will use this are to relieve themselves. Break into cars. Greenpoint has three shelters as it is and the residents of the shelters are harassing people on the avenue. Crime has gone up. Please we have young woman who leave for work at 5 am we have woman who walk their dogs in that area.
