You know Dave and Jenny Marrs as the HGTV Fixer to Fabulous duo who take fixer-uppers and make them fabulous in their hometown of Bentonville. Jenny is the creative backbone. She believes the most beautiful spaces are often imperfect and full of character. David is the expert craftsman, builder, and general contractor. His passion for bringing out the charm of old homes is contagious. Together they have more than 300 homes to their credit. On their blueberry farm in northwest Arkansas, they raise their family of five children, including a seven-year-old daughter they adopted at the tender age of two. Dave and Jenny use the proceeds from their blueberry farm to fund a non-profit in Zimbabwe that prepares orphaned teens for agricultural opportunities and equips them with life-long skills. A Christian home for every child is the vision of Christian Homes & Family Services.  The ministry pursues that vision by changing lives and building Christian families by offering free residential and community-based care for young women with unplanned pregnancies; by providing foster care to children who have been abused; and by preparing loving Christian couples to adopt and become forever families.  Known for decades as two separate organizations -- Christian Homes of Abilene and Christian Services of East Texas – the ministry was established in 1962.  Since 1962, Christian Homes & Family Services has placed more than 2000 precious babies and children into loving adoptive homes, provided maternity care for almost 3000 women, and cared for more than 2300 foster children.  The ministry is located on the web at www.ChristianHomes.com.
